Her experience includes more than ten years of new construction to assist her buyers from the ground up. EDUCATION: Rita earned her honors diploma in accounting and graduated with a 4.0 grade average. She managed the accounting for the Hyatt-Regency Grand Cypress Resort in the Marketing and Public Relations Division. A broker since 1994, she earned her GRI (graduate Realtor Institute) from the Florida Association of Realtors, and received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in October 2001. Rita is a multimillion-dollar producer with over twelve years of knowledge and experience in new construction that extends from the foundation up. She has just completed her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation in November of 2003. Rita says "Now I'm ready to take on whatever the future holds!" PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Actively involved in the Realtor Association of Martin County, Rita is a member of the multiple listing service committee and attends weekly board meetings to keep herself familiarized with new properties to the market and makes them available to her clients first. Currently, she is serving her fourth year as a Governor for the Board of Martin Commons PHase II Homeowner's Association, holding the position of architectural review. HOBBIES: All water sports from boating, wave runners, fishing, snorkeling and swimming are her favorites.
